Our story begins twenty eight years ago when Robert Weingrad wrote, designed and published what would become the first in the series of the popular Fingertip Travel Guides - Europe By Fingertip. Expanding the guides to include The Caribbean and Mexico, the guides have since been enjoyed by many thousands of global travelers, and have garnered world-class travel sponsors such as American Airlines, British Airways and Hertz Car Rental. 
 
In 1998, the Fingertip Travel Guides were published online as the Travel By Fingertip web site. One of the first travel sites to represent premier European Hotels for preferred reservations, the site's recent rebrand as Overnight Direct Travel presently partners with hundreds of Europe's and the world's most elegant and luxurious hotels - providing to travelers a personalized hotel reservations and trip planning experience, and combined with preferred Hotel Rates & Rooms not available online.
